Distractions, disruptions and going back to basics!

Can you believe January is over already? We were just wrapping up the Christmas holidays, planning out what the next few weeks were going to be like. But it wouldn’t be life if a few curve balls weren’t thrown our way and then just like that the disruptions entered into my life and suddenly my well thought out plans for the beginning of the new year were bulldozed out of the way.

Fast forward to the present r and the unsettled feelings that we have when starting a new year are still present. I was feeling as if I was only completing tasks but still missing something along the way.

Feelings of angst and worry can begin to feel normal while planning and completing work projects, in addition to juggling family responsibilities and self care . And let's not forget we are still trying to manage living during a health pandemic . As I prayed to God, asking Him to send me some help, a sign, anything that would get me back to normal, I was reminded of what worked in the past, my time management practices.

I had to go back to what I knew and that was being intentional with my time. Finding my rhythm again and planning it all out. My time management practices help me to make room for what I truly enjoy and allows me to also relax.

Can you relate? My 2022 started off rocky and maybe you did too, but this doesn’t have to be the rest of your year., I have created a workshop that helps individuals like yourself to be more intentional with your time. If you are tired of feeling overwhelmed, worrying about tasks and projects that never seem to end and instead want to learn how to effectively maximize your time, this workshop is for you.

“Being Intentional With My Time” will be held on February 9, 2022 at 8:00pm EST via Zoom. Click the link to sign up: https://kershafortuneconsultation.as.me/BeingIntentionalWithMyTime
