Kersha T. Fortuné is a Leadership Development Consultant and the founder and CEO of Kersha Fortuné Career Consulting Services, LLC. With over 15 years of experience, Kersha coaches emerging leaders to set their professional goals and identify their core values which are crucial to succeed in the first year and overall be an intentional leader. Her services include one-on-one coaching, goal-setting, and leadership and management consulting. Kersha uses solution-focused techniques to help her clients work through employment challenges, in addition to assisting them with career transitions so they can thrive in their roles. Kersha holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Human Relations from Brooklyn College, CUNY.
